Madhumitha Gomathinayagam India’s first transgender HR professional, multi-faceted personality she is a Social Activist, Tri-linguist, Yogini, Counsellor, Nature Lover, Continual Learner, Speaker, Value Educator and also Volunteers in several NGOs in Chennai for Social Causes. This event is held on K.S RANGASAMY COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY on May 30th in SM Volunteers Hall at IT park from 04:00 PM to 06:00 PM. Youth empowerment is a process where the younger generation is given insights through which they can develop their skills and succeed in their life. The steps taken are to create a spark of volunteering among the students. Chief guest gave some information to all SM volunteers, she gave more guidelines and more informative words to our volunteers. As an awareness on avoiding plastic, she provided a Parker ink pen to all SM volunteer members as a replacement of the ballpoint pen. Conveying the message to avoid plastics.
